“Hey Grandma! We hear you have treats!”
My brother, James, and his dog, Dutch, came up from DC over the weekend to reunite the entire two and four-legged family. Dutch is the elder statesman – a nine year old German Shorthaired Pointer who we like to call George Clooney on account of his increasingly gray fur. The three have had a blast romping around the house together.
After a good romp the three enjoyed some appetizers
And at the end of the day they join us in front of the fire
For man and dog, it’s good to have the whole family/pack back together! Wherever you are and whatever you celebrate, I hope you travel safe and enjoy some time off around the holidays. Don’t forget to give your pet a few extra treats for us!
We are getting a white Christmas – a better gift for man or dog I couldn’t imagine. Have a very Merry Christmas Eko, Will and all.
Happy Christmas Eko & Will & your 2- & 4-legged family from Gizmo & Beth
Do you know what? Your mom should have been a little more explicit about the kind of grandchildren she wants from both you and your brother, don’t you think?:) They are so, so adorable. Merry Christmas to you, Eko and your family.
Nice! Happy holiday to you and the pooches.
Love, Mouse, Lindy, Beijing and Slinky-Milanky
Those three sure look like they get along well. I’m glad you and your brother could bring the pitter patter of little feet home to your mom 😀
I hope you all have a great Christmas.

That is just too cute!!! What a patient (and dog-loving) Mom you must have. Wish her a Merry Christmas from all of us too!
Love this post, totally ADORABLE!!!!! Merry Christmas to you and your pets!
Happy Holiday to you all – enjoy your treats
Hey Eko, Jet here. Hi Mr. Will.
BOL… yeah, Mom asked me to share that Grandpa had a similar reaction to one feline, no grandchildren for many a year… (now he has my human sister who’s 18!)
Love the pics of the furfamliy members… nothing beats a happy pack.
Merry Christmas to all.
They are so cute together, Happy Christmas!
Ha, that’s a whole lot of pitter patter, the ‘usual suspects’ make a handsome crew. Have a Merry Christmas to you and yours.
