Evidence That Dogs Descended From Dinosaurs?

What really happened to the dinosaurs?  Some scientists think they went entirely extinct while others believe that dinosaurs evolved into modern day birds.  But what if they evolved into a modern day animal much closer to home?? Dog…or dino? I have always suspected that Eko

Dog…or dino?

I have always suspected that Eko might be part dinosaur but I got my first solid evidence this morning when we went out for a romp.

Looks like a normal romp, but let’s enhance that shadow CSI style

Rhodesian Ridgeback blogTell me that’s not a dino shadow!

Now, I’m not sure how the process works exactly, but I’m pretty sure I will need to buy a tux to wear to the Nobel Prize ceremony when I win every award for this breakthrough discovery.

Lol. Will, as always, you and Eko can certainly put a big smile on my face. Keep up the good work, and, just between you and me, yes, I think that dogs descend from dinosaurs:)

  2. catchatcaren says:

omg you are too darned funny!!!!!!

  3. Kim S (nerdgrl) says:

Eko must be descended from dinos…don’t know ’bout our Steffi, but I don’t think she’d ever consent to sitting up on top of the dino like Eko did. She’d be freakin’ out! Thanks for the smile on a VERY cold (-6 degrees) MN afternoon.

  4. Uncle Austin says:

Ive said this before. I can almost always tell if a movie doesnt use real dinosaurs.

  5. I am starting to agree with you. The new foster pup I have sounds like a T-Rex when he plays, so yet more evidence to back your claim. Plus, he’s got a big head and short legs–again, like a T-Rex. What more proof does the Nobel Prize committee need? Better start getting your tux ready! 🙂

  6. Steven/Buddy says:

Love it! You just might be on to something here ?
But I also have to say this, this is something I hear all the time and most of the time my family and friends are right! “You have to much time on you hands, to come up with that, or think of something like that”.
But I can see where you are coming from there.
You and Eko have a great heart, we just love reading everything you guys are up to or doing.
If you guys ever find yourself out in the Ohare airport area look Buddy and I up, we are always looking for playtime. Since being disabled myself due to a accident, we have a lot of time on our hands.
This is why everyone that knows us always says “You guys have to much time on your hands”. LOL
    Thanks
    Steven/Buddy

Hahahaha!! Great observation – I’ll put in a good word for you with the Nobel Prize Committee 😉

  8. Zena says:

Eko is very obliging to stay on that dinosaur! I wouldn’t 🙂

  9. Great! I’ll bet Eko is a Snacko-Saurus :o)

  10. Jorie says:

Haha, that is definitely a T-rex shadow! You’ve discovered a missing link of sorts—and it’s Eko!

  11. I think you’re on to something there!

  12. Emmadog says:

Boy, that shadow dino pic was pretty darn scary! I hope that those big creatures don’t come back, I don’t think they are too friendly.

  13. Mustang.Koji says:

Ahhh…. Perhaps it is a dino shadow! But……………..where’s the egg nest? lol

  14. Marcela says:

Will and Eko, you have been nominated for the Liebster Award. If you have a chance, take a look at the instructions. No biggie if you can’t do it. It is time consuming:)

  15. Davina says:

    looooove the blog! 🙂

  16. onebluedog says:
