Valentine’s Day Has Gone To The Dogs

A quick trip to the local pharmacy revealed that I am not the only one using man’s best friend instead of Cupid to show my love this Valentine’s Day. Whether it is Scooby Doo baskets, pet pal cards

Whether it is Scooby Doo baskets, pet pal cards or chocolate pups, the secret is out – no one can resist four-legged charm! Cupid might be out of business soon if this keeps up

And what is the only thing better than a stuffed dog valentine?  A real one of course!

Hey, wait a minute!

What can I say? Eko’s a heart breaker!

I think in the future Valentine’s Day might be renamed, “Love Like A Pet Day.”  They are the true masters of unconditional love and we could learn a lot from them about that particular subject.  And the best part about having a pet is that the love you like everyday is Valentine’s Day!

Steffi’s notorious for evicerating her toys…except for the fluffy wooly gingerbread squeeky ones. She’s had “Fluffy Doll” (who doesn’t have much fluff left but does have the squeek) since she’s been 8 weeks old and she’s now 13 and a quarter. Happy Valentine’s Day to Eko!!!!

If you really want to spoil Eko, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has carob dipped dog biscuits. They do this every year for Valentines Day. My dog loves them.

  9. So true, so true. What an adorable dog, that Eko.

My kitties have managed to chew through a banana shaped catnip toy. For some reason it makes me smile every time I see it.

Happy Belated Valentine’s! Those stuffy toys were always short lived at our house too but certainly enjoyed. Mr B gave me my favourite perfume. Both low cal and no fluffy stuff to clean up HA.
