We humans like to think of ourselves as pretty clever but sometimes we can be downright unimaginative. Thankfully we have our pets to remind us that a little imagination goes a long way. Take couches for example, they occupy the most space in our living rooms but all we ever use them for is sitting. Eko is happy to remind me on a daily basis that a couch is much more than a place to sit.
Of course, first and foremost a couch is a place to snooze
And yes, it’s a place to sit, but it is much more than that
With a couple couches and an ottoman, Eko likes to play “the floor is lava” game
En route to another successful trip across the treacherous lava
The couch makes an excellent lookout nest for bird watching
And it offers a convenient place to store dog toys
Agility courses aren’t just for the dog park. What is Eko’s preferred method for getting from here…
…to here?
Air mail, of course!
So when is a couch not a couch? When you have a pet – then it is the ultimate all-in-one pet pleasing product!
that was so cute! Do you believe that Dakota really doesn’t love the couch? I know, I know, he is a STRANGE DOG! 🙂
hahaha sofas the the best:-) The end seat on ours reclines and I like to sit underneath it and scare everyone when they try to get up BOL
I love our couches. Can you believe that I can jump on ours with this little pot belly of mine – snorts. That means I can eat more cause my belly is not holding me back from anything. 🙂 XOXO – Bacon
Wow we should have such a relax zone too – I could have my own indoor agility-parcour :o)
Wow! We aren’t allowed on the furniture, so I don’t know about all those cool features but my cats sure do!
its also a place to body check your pet brother or sister – muffin likes to jump up and squash Rigby to get him to play – also a launching pad for any pet brother or sister on the floor….and yep the agility test and the lava game are frequent activities at our house too.
How true, how true!!
Eko is so funny:)
My shepherd likes little kitchen mats, even thought she barely fits on them. Rocky (the min pin) LOVES the couch and has a special corner that’s his – we always have to move over or he gives you a stare from the floor that doesn’t let you concentrate! Silly pups 🙂
A ridgeback without a couch is like a fish without water 🙂
The advantages to being a big dog. Chloe has never tried the ‘over the back’ move. WTG Eko!
Yep, that’s true stuff. Now we live and travel full time in our RV, but before that we had a couch and stuff. The couch was my perfect lookout point.
Who knew you could manage so much adventure with one little ol’ couch? Eko’s first sleepy picture there was so darn cute! How do you get anything done with all that cuteness around?
I’ve fallen in love with Eko!
