“Ok, so first you run up to the house.”
“Then you ring the bell like this and yell ‘Trick-or-treat!'”
“You have the yelling part down, but you should probably stand a bit further away.”
“What? No, you are not allowed to tackle kids and take their candy!”
“Why not? Because how would you like it if a bigger kid tackles you and steals your candy?”
“No one would be crazy enough to try that? Well, you may have a point there.”
“Ok Will, I think she’s ready!”
On second thought, maybe we’ll just hand out the candy and leave trick-or-treating to the neighborhood kids.
