[VIDEO] A Rhodesian Ridgeback in Gotham
We’re taking another drive down memory lane today with a look at our week in Gotham in 2011(!). Eko might not be batdog, but he made himself right at home in Manhattan. As an added bonus we managed to trick a pro to put this video together for us, so unlike all
I remember your great trip, I loved every post! Would you do such a trip again? This time together with Emily&Penny of course :o)
what a fun trip, thank you for sharing it with us. loved the little mexican hat.
it just reminds me of how well trained Eko is – tried on hats, got a facial and played with all the new friends at the dog park – you are a really good trainer- Penny should be ready for the big apple too!
For me, the best part of the city was the treat machines that look like gumball machines. What a great idea!
Whee love reading your adventures! Would you all go on one next time? Will there be a next time? 🙂
xxxx
He was born there. I’ve never been east of the Rockies. The one thing Eko didn’t get was PIZZA?
I absolutely loved this video! Both of you looked like you had an awesome time! How come you did not get a facial too?
LOVED this video Will, one of our best doggy friends is an NYC native and he shows us all the places he likes to walk, but it was great to see it in moving form! His name is Charley Lhasa and I don’t think he blogs anymore but could search him out on twitter @charleylhasa should you ever need more tips when you go back!
Hugs, Carrie & Pups x
Oh, Eko. You are such a good sport. AND such a good dog! Loved the video!!
Pawsome! I’m surprised Eko didn’t play dead with the silly hats (cute trick though). That’d be one way to NOT look so goofy. Besides here are so many natural ways for dogs to look silly. 🙂
As a former New Yorker, it was fun to see some old sites – used to work right across from Madison Square Park! I agree, it’s tough to have a dog in the city. I didn’t have one while there – it was hassle enough just for me!
Craig & I are in New York in March and this video is making me excited :-). I have been twice before, but I have to check out those pet places and see what they do for cats 🙂
