[VIDEO] How Long is “A Moment” For Your Pet?

How long is a moment? It depends. A moment can pass in a flash. Or, according to Eko and Penny, it can last an eternity. Around here there’s no moment longer than the one before mealtime. And the pups certainly don’t let me forget their eternal “suffering!” https://youtu.be/9UPX7ajZRGQ

Comments for [VIDEO] How Long is “A Moment” For Your Pet?

  1. I sometimes wish the treat-moments would be longer…. like the “wait-a-MOMENT-I-only-write-ONE!!!-word-and-then-we-can-go”. Happy Weekend to you!

  2. Yep, that would be Neeka and Khoi, except about a hundred times more drool from Khoi. I’ve taught them both “wait,” but they seem to think two seconds is long enough. As soon as they lift their butts off the ground to approach the food and I haven’t released them, my correction sound immediately results in the “what more do I have to do?” look. They are son darn predictable.

  3. Love the “lip flapping movement” with Penny-she certain has a dramatic style all her own. Happy weekend!

  4. sweet video, have a great weekend

  5. Kismet says:

Kaci and Kali literally get in the peeps’ faces when they think food is due.

  6. Emmadog says:

Katie and I are pretty patient, but if we need anything, we like to use the staring technique. Bailie on the other paw is quite impatient. She will pace around, use the stare, and when food or treats are involved, she drools like a Newfie while waiting! Waiting is tough for us pups.

oh my gosh – so true. Was like watching a video of my boys at meal times. Day light savings just kick in here last weekend – oh the dramatics now cos 1 hour difference – and they know it. Although… not at breakfast time they seem happy enough to sleep an hour longer but they haven’t figured that hour out at the end of the day yet.

  8. Great video……….Sam just does “THE LOOK” – that stare results in a lot of hurry-ups in the kitchen when it comes to food and treats!

So funny will. Their expressions are adorable. Love their stories.

  10. I wasn’t able to watch this last week but it was well worth the wait!! Penny’s facial expression just cracked me up when she was making that silly face!! We go through the same thing at our house!
