Comments for Ridgeback Puppies Love Fun Stuff! (This is not that stuff)

  1. oh wow Zero, you are a trooper… I love how brave you were during that water torture :o) I wish we could have a grinder too… what kind do you use?

  2. Victoria Coleman says:

i have to say cutest nail trim ever – i love him laying his head on your shoulder- I just marvel at how fast he is growing – and so dang cute – got to love the cocked head and floppy ears -and bless Penny for patiently showing Zero how to endure the not so fun stuff – great big sister – you guys have a great weekend

  3. Piglove says:

The good with the bad. You are fitting right in there little pal! XOXO – Bacon

  4. Christine says:

Fred hates baths Wilma plays in her water dish and joins me in the shower

  5. Jesse says:

He is growing too fast! Tell him to slow down please 😉

  6. I have an Oster corded grinder. Picked it up for around $40 five years ago. Great investment and the corded ones work much better than the battery operated.

  7. Thanks! Even the not fun stuff can be pretty fun – and cute!

  8. Penny loves water, but only if she crashes it – not when it crashes into her.

  9. Right!? I have no idea where he finds the time to grow so fast.

  10. Jesse says:

    Watch out Penny pretty haha

  11. Emmadog says:

That grooming stuff is no fun. We all seem to fight it, even though we’ve been doing it since we were little, we just don’t like it! Zero is doing great.

  12. meANXIETYme says:

    Too much cuteness! I can’t even… 🙂

  13. TheRidgebackLife says:

Those ears! He has the bloodhound gene in him for sure Zero is so handsome.
And peanut butter, Will. Neeka and Khoi will compete to be the first into the tub if there’s a little of the gooey delight smeared on the edge.

  14. For some things, like baths, I consider “reluctant acceptance” to be a fair compromise for everyone.

  15. Good idea! Someone also suggested putting a towel/mat down ahead of time for grip. We used to have one but I’ll definitely get another.

  16. T&S says:

Love, love this video so simple, but so nice!
You are a great RR master will!

  17. coastingnz says:

now that is super precious – Penny, what a good big sister, showing Zero how it is done – albeit a little reluctantly lol. Zero was very good too, especially getting his nails done. My boys reluctantly get in the shower but they know once we start then there is no going back and they LOVE the towel dry – worth it all just for that. Love the introduction to teeth brushing. Well done puppies – young and younger 🙂

  18. Way to go, P. You are a good teacher. And not too bad at BiteyFace either! I hope you never grow into your ears, Z. They speak volumes for you.

    Love and licks,
    Cupcake

  19. Cheri says:

Great video! What is your process for teeth cleaning in terms of sitting and letting you do it? My dog does not like the tooth paste. What kind do you use? I have also tried the foam which he does not like either. Thank you will!!

  20. Geri Zeibert says:

I can not believe how big Zero is getting; it seems he is growing by leaps and bounds every time you post, Will!

  21. Jan & Rusty says:

Love this video!! ❤️❤️ And you learned to begin the grooming things early. I began brushing Rusty’s teeth when he was still a puppy. He doesn’t like it, 12 years later, but he takes it like a man. And gets great teeth reviews from his vet. I laughed out loud when you said you wouldn’t be able to hold Zero like this much longer. Right, just another week or so is my guess the way he’s growing.

  22. Robyn Brown says:

Penny is a wonderful big sister to help aid in Zero getting comfortable with good grooming habits. Can’t wait for beach videos next week! Have a wonderful weekend with those two four-legged family members!

  23. Lots of treats before and after usually does the trick. Some during, if needed! I use virbac toothpaste and the pups treat that like a treat itself.

  24. Anne says:

There should be a college class called RR Nail Drimmeling, 101, 102, 103 & 104!!!!

  25. Richard Nichols says:

My Weimaraner Jack is fine with the Pedipaws “drimmeling” tool for his toe nails as was my last Weimaraner Marty. Marty would also let me use a rotary toothbrush on his teeth, but Jack is unwilling to try that. Anyone able to get their dog to tolerate the rotary toothbrush?

  26. Lynn Wolford says:

Penny is just the sweetest little girl. Helping her little brother and showing him how to be brave. Will, this video is adorable — I’ve watched it like 5 times! Penny is like, “Zero, if want to fight lions, you have to be clean AND have shiney teeth.”

  27. Shiny teeth help scare the lions away, everyone knows that.

  28. Makes me wish I had a short-haired dog. I can’t bathe Dakota at home because his fur would wreak havoc in our apt/condo building! Imagine the drain clogging!
