  1. oh the look they changed at =.35… and 1:11 was such a touching moment… I cried a little… life can be so beautiful… thanks for reminding me that bthere are so much wonderful moments to see if we open our eyes ;o)

  2. Kismet says:

Wait until Lincoln’s teething stage and he chomps down on ears.

  3. Sue says:

I enjoy seeing Lincoln’s progress as he grows. And that smile of his is so cute. The special bond that is forming between baby and dogs will only get stronger as Lincoln grows. The three of them look happy & contented. Keep up the great work.

  4. Victoria S Coleman says:

Wow Lincoln just gets cuter and cuter – get ready for when he crawls he will be a little speed demon – and wow you guys are doing great on the puppy training (for all 3 of them – ha) – amazed at how well they treat Lincoln and how comfortable he is with them – you have done an amazing job training Zero and Penny and they are amazing pups.

  5. Connie Taylor says:

Loved this episode on training your pups to be rewarded whenever Lincoln is nearby. Can’t wait to see the day when he has the treats to give to them when he’s done something he shouldn’t have and he doesn’t want them to squeal on him! Lots of good common sense ideas every pet owner can use around folks of all ages

  6. Happy to share the love the pups share with me and with Lincoln.

  7. Human teeth ain’t got nothing on puppy teeth. The dogs’ ears are well seasoned.

  8. Seeing Zero give Lincoln a big smooch followed by Link smiling gives me joy on so many levels. These three musketeers are going to have some great adventures of their own.

  9. Lincoln is going to be devastated when we have to break it to him that he is not in fact a Rhodesian Ridgeback.

  10. TheRidgebackLife says:

Lincoln looks so much like his daddy☺️ I was watching him more that the pups! Great training tips. Lincoln is going to grow up thinking all dogs are that well behaved and easy to train Not to mention, he’s going to want a Zuke every time he does something right

  11. I was thinking the same thing! Going to have to consider a good treat for his positive reinforcement training

  12. Perri Tregellas says:

I love this video!! I have a 10 year old Ridgie Zuri, who is my baby and my everything. I have a friend who keeps telling me that when I have a baby Zuri will need to become an “outside” dog and I am like “not bloody likely!!” I so agree with baby/dog interaction and love you tips and will be taking them on board for sure xxx

  13. KarenS says:

Back when our now 16 yo granddaughter was an infant we had a Newfie and a RR and even though children did not live with us full time, we also worked on “child proofing” the pack. We wanted them to understand that a pull, a tug, and the hand going into their food was a norm. And boy did it work!

One day the curious toddler noticed the Newfie’s beautiful coat, took her hand, screamed doggie and pulled out a tuff. What happened next validated all we tried. The dog got up and calmly left the area. The RR watched and realizing that his coat was way shorter than hers vacated the area as well. No barks. No growls. All safe

Kids can do bad things to pets. Pets can do bad things to kids. Adults need to be there to help all and allow as much positive as we can in this crazy world.

  14. Chris from Boise says:

Karen – what an inspiring story! I’m going to pass it on to expectant dog owners (and prospective grandparents) as proof that what Will is showing actually pays off in real life. Thank you for sharing it. And Will – excellent video on such an incredibly important topic.
    Cheers,
    Chris from Boise

  15. The dogs are gonna be in some serious trouble once Lincoln’s legs make full contact with the floor. Love your pawsitive training tricks. Well done with all three ‘pups!’

  16. Victoria S Coleman says:

I’ll bet – he makes a darn good one though

  17. Elyse says:

You are the best parents — for the dogs and for Lincoln.

  18. Emmadog says:

They are all doing great. It’s a lot of work, but the reward of harmony is well worth the work!

  19. Haha tell that person they’ll be an outside friend if they try that one!

  20. Anne says:

Looks like everything is running smoothly in your household. Penny and Zero are quite smitten by Lincoln, I think; Zero especially. He has really grown into an incredibly handsome dog by the way. I can only imagine how busy it is for you guys. Keep on keepin’ on !

  21. darci says:

Our first baby was our greyhound Riley. My dad especially said “what are you going to do with “the dog” once the baby is born? Riley was spoiled and the center of our attention for 4 years before my son was born. Then we had my daughter two years later. We prepared him for the babies arrival, gave positive reinforcement with praise and attention and all was fine. If Riley got too annoyed he would just move away to a quieter spot. Your video is a great example for all families.

  22. So fun! Ideally, every dog needs to be bomb-proofed, baby or no baby.

  23. Will, you are such a good soul. I wish everyone welcoming a child into their home had your compassion, patience and understanding for the animals in their midst. Well done, all of you.

  24. Sweet video……….looks like THREE very happy “kids” in the house – everyone getting along with each other and Lincoln is SO lucky to have two sweet pups as companions.

    Pam
