My Canine Alarm Clock Is Broken

This morning I woke up to a strange sound – the alarm clock on my phone.  Normally I wake up to the sound of Eko’s tail wagging against the wall, with a few nose kisses thrown in to make sure I’m awake.  Today however, Eko snored right through my alarm!  I guess the adventures of our long holiday weekend finally caught up to him.

Eko soaked up the sun and all the attention he got from the thousands of people at the beach

 

Of course, he had to show off by zooming and rolling through the sand, so we got to take about five pounds of the beach home with us

  I think with a day of rest and a couple square meals my canine alarm clock will be as good as new.  Hope everyone enjoyed the weekend!
