It started as a slight headcock
Then a big smile before the “achoo”
Except the sneeze never came
It got stuck
“Oh, maybe I don’t have to sneeze!” Penny thought
“Oh wait, yes I do.” She realized
The sneeze rolled around in her head a bit more
Then Penny gave one last exquisite, crazed, Joker-face…
And the world shook!
Relieved to have exorcised the demon, Penny wearily returned to her nap
It’s like trying to photograph lightning, but if you happen to have your camera on hand while your pup is sneezing, shoot away! You’re bound to catch some hilarious shots.
And unlike the photos I took of Emily sneezing, Penny and other dogs don’t mind if you post the photos online 😉
